Meghan McLarney, Registered Dietitian with the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska, will have a presentation and demonstration on how to stretch meals while using native ingredients on a budget. During this event, THV families will also learn about communal cooking traditions,\ncooking in batches, and healthy tips for kids during mealtime.\nA meal, a children’s book, and childcare will be provided.
