DESCRIPTION:July 20-24 & 27 | 9-10 am\nJoin the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska for this virtual training on the Allstate Financial Empowerment Curriculum. There will be 5\nlearning modules, with an activity on the last day.\nThis curriculum was developed to help provide domestic violence\nsurvivors with:\n• Resources to strengthen survivors’ confidence in their ability to\ntake action.\n• Strategies to address the financial and safety challenges when\nleaving an abusive relationship.\n• Resources for working through the quality of life challenges after\nan abuser has misused the survivor’s personal information.\n• Methods to understand financial fundamentals.\n• Steps to building a strong financial base, such as budgeting,\nsaving, building credit and managing debt.\nPlease register by emailing dwolff@poncatribe-ne.org by Friday, July 17th.
