•Ages 50 – 75
•Family or personal history of Colorectal Cancer, Rectal Cancer or Polyps
•Personal history of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) such as Crohn’s Disease or Ulcerative Colitis
• Patients under 50 with certain risk factors and a doctor’s recommendation may also qualify for a screening
