Presented by the Diabetes Program, in conjunction with the Elders Lunch Program, this Diabetes Day event is open to participants of all ages. Diabetes screenings and blood sugar checks will be offered, starting at 11 am. Lunch will be provided, along with a presentation on diabetes, a light exercise activity, and fun crafts. Incentives will be offered for all participants.
