The additions, revisions, corrections, and acknowledgement clarifications herein shall be made to the Bidding Documents and Contract Drawings for the project and shall be included in the Scope of Work and Bid Proposal Form to be submitted. References made herein to Specifications and Contract Drawings shall be used as a general guide only. Bidders shall determine, for themselves, the full scope of work affected by addendum items.

BIDDER hereby agrees, pursuant to the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska Code, all sales of construction-related services to the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska where the gross amount paid to Contractor exceeds $10,000.00 is subject to services tax at the rate of seven percent (7%). Contractor shall charge and collect any tax applicable to Contractor’s goods and services provided under this Agreement, separately stated on invoices submitted to the Client, and shall remit such collected tax to, and file such required tax returns with, the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska Tax Commission as required by the laws of the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska.
