All District 3 Tribal members are welcome to submit a photo of their Halloween Costume to be a part of a virtual costume contest.
The costume contest will be open from October 15 to November 1st. We will have our staff vote and choose winners in every age category. We will post pictures of the winners and send gift cards out as prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in multiple age categories.
