Who is eligible?
Anyone with a child eligible to receive services from the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska. Please bring Tribal ID or proof of enrollment for you or the child in need to participate. Diapers are available for pick up at local office locations by any member eligible for service.

Those who are unable to pick-up diapers during the event may contact their local Case Manager to arrange a pick-up for an alternate date or time or to designate a different family member. Diapers will not be distributed unless prior authorization is received.
