Tribal Home Visiting will be hosting their next Group Connection, focused on building bonds through cooking! Meghan Mclarney, Registered Dietitian with the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska, will
have a presentation and demonstration on how to stretch meals while using native ingredients on a budget. During this event, THV families will also learn about communal cooking traditions, cooking in batches, and healthy tips for kids during mealtime.
