Kirby Williams, Domestic Violence Outreach Coordinator with Legal Aid of Nebraska, will be offering this virtual presentation on two separate days. Attend either day to learn how crime victimization affects Native American populations.
The following topics will be discussed:
• Historical impact of violence against Native Americans
• Significance of tribal law
• Communication techniques, cultural considerations, and unique needs of the Native American Community
