Tribal Council would like help from our members to name the Norfolk Ponca Tribe of Nebraska Gymnasium. Below are the criteria for the naming of buildings:
- Name nominations of individuals may be relatives or ancestors but do not have to be O’sni Ponca heritage
- Name nominations do not have to be of a person
- Name nominations can have some historical or cultural significance
Members must complete the Nomination for Name of Tribal Building or Facility form to submit a name. These forms are available at any of the Tribal Administration Buildings with the Office Coordinator or can be requested via email from Candace Repenning at crepenning@poncatribe-ne.gov.
Forms must be submitted before July 31, 2024, to Tribal Council at P.O. Box 288, Niobrara, NE 68760, or can be emailed to Candace Repenning.
