Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken, garlic, peppers, onion, and spices and sauté for 10 minutes.
Add dry macaroni and broth to pan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium and cook for 8-10 minutes or until pasta is cooked to desired tenderness.
Add tomatoes and greens, and cook until greens are wilted (about 2-3 minutes)
Stir in hummus and top with feta cheese if desired. Serve warm.
