Turkey Pesto Pasta Salad

 16 oz penne pasta (or preferred pasta)
 2 apples, cut into chunks
 1 small red onion, diced
 3 stalks celery, diced
 1 ½ lbs turkey breast, cubed
 ½ cup pesto sauce
 ¼ cup light mayonnaise
 Salt and pepper to taste
 ½ cup pomegranate seeds (for garnish)

Make pasta according to directions. Rinse with cold water, drain and chill.

Combine all of the ingredients into the pasta, and toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to eat. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
