The Ponca Tribe of Nebraska (“PTN” and “Owner”) is soliciting proposals for a qualified individual or firm to serve as the owner’s representative (“OR”) for the Health Services Joint Venture Project (“JV Project”), an expansion to the existing health services clinics
located in the jurisdiction of the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska (“Tribe”) within Ralston/Omaha, NE. The successful responder will serve as the owner’s representative and provide project management services (the “Services”) during the design and construction of the JV Project.
