The Ponca Tribe of Nebraska operates within a designated service area covering fifteen counties in Nebraska, South Dakota, and Iowa. The Tribe has office sites located in five of these counties. In Nebraska, PTN offices are established in Niobrara, Norfolk, Lincoln, and Omaha. In Iowa, there is a PTN office in Sioux City.
