Attorneys
The Ponca Tribal Court does NOT provide attorneys for anyone.
An attorney is not required, but any person may hire any attorney of their choice, at their cost to represent them in Tribal Court, provided that the attorney has gone through the admission process. See the List of Attorneys (as of 7/11/2024) who have gone through this process.
If you are not able to afford an attorney, then you may wish to contact Legal Aid of Nebraska.
