Who to Contact About a Ballot Issue

Greetings Ponca Members! If you did NOT receive a ballot or something went wrong, such as putting the wrong ballot in an envelope, please email the Election Board at [email protected] and NOT your Tribal Representative or someone currently running. It states in our ordinance:

  1. If a ballot is destroyed, defaced, lost, or not received by the registered voter, the registered voter may obtain a replacement ballot from the Election Board by signing a statement verified on oath or affirmation on a form prescribed by the Election Board that the ballot was destroyed, defaced, lost or not received.

This makes it easier and faster to get the ballot out to members and to keep track of who needs a replacement ballot.
