The Ponca Health Services Team is please to be able to provide support to our Ponca elders in the form of a bi-weekly food basket. The basket will consist of food items recommended by our medical nutrition team.
If you are interested in picking up a basket, please contact your local Community Health Worker for sign up details. Must be an enrolled Ponca member, 55 years or older, residing in the Service Delivery area.

Limited to 1 basket per household, while supplies last. Groceries cannot be held, please make arrangements for alternate pickup.
