The holidays are a joyous season filled with happiness and Christmas cheer. But for many people, the holidays can represent violence and abuse. Women often experience domestic abuse or violence on or around major holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and even Super Bowl Sunday. Join us in learning more about why domestic violence occurs during the holidays and recognizing signs and patterns to help stop domestic abuse.
