Your D2 Tribal Council Representative will have a booth at this year’s 2024 Ponca Health Fair! Come with the family and enjoy this great opportunity to meet both Health and Tribal Affairs staff and learn more about the services they offer.

Stop by the D2 Tribal Council booth to visit and share ideas with your Tribal Council Representative. You can also pick up a $25 gift card for SDA Youth aged 0-12 to purchase Halloween costumes! Children must be actively enrolled at the time the enrollment list is pulled. You may only pick up for your household.
