District 1 Ponca Tribal members and their families are invited to a Halloween Trunk or Treat event in the parking lot! Dress up, decorate your trunk, and enjoy the fun. Tribal Council will provide the candy and give out prizes for the best-decorated trunks. Judging starts 5 minutes before the event.
