Diabetes Day – Norfolk
Presented by the Diabetes Program, in conjunction with the Elders Lunch Program, this Diabetes Day event offers education and support regarding diabetes. Diabetes screenings and blood sugar checks will be offered, starting at 11 am. Lunch will be provided, along with a presentation on diabetes, a light exercise activity, and prizes will be given away.
