LAW AND ORDER CODE REVISION
Discussion on May 2, 2023, beginning at 4:00 p.m.
During Tribal Council Meeting

The Ponca Tribal Council will be reviewing proposed additions to the Law and Order Code. The revisions are being considered because the Tribal Council wants to create laws that will govern arbitrations that are put into contracts that the Tribe enters into.
There are changes being proposed are adding Chapter 12 to Title Six. The revisions being considered include but are not limited to the following:
- Chapter 12 is a new Chapter that will be added to Title Six.

There will be a discussion by Tribal Council that is open for public comment on May 2, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as it may be heard.
