Join us for a 6-week Obesity Prevention

Program designed to help you make simple,
realistic changes that can improve your health
and fit into everyday life. The program includes
two interactive classes each week focused on
movement, nutrition, hydration, cooking,
wellness, and building healthy habits.

Participants will take part in hands-on activities,
demonstrations, helpful resources, and practical
tips they can use at home. Together, we’ll focus
on setting realistic goals, making small changes,
and building healthy habits that can last beyond
the program.

Smoothies, Hydration & Sugary Drinks, Cooking
& Nutrition, Oral Health, Balance & Core
Strength, Healthy Habits & Goal Setting,
Staying Consistent & Managing Setbacks
and more!

This is a 6-week course,2 classes per week
12 total classes, 80% attendance required to
qualify for the program incentive.

Join Ponca Health Services, Behavioral Health Program for a 8-week outpatient group designed for adults seeking support with emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Drawing from evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), the group provides practical tools for managing intense emotions, improving relationships, and enhancing overall mental well-being.

Open to all adults experiencing mood instability, impulsivity, interpersonal difficulties, high stress and/or substance use concerns.

Sessions for youth ages 10-18,  include beginner-friendly fitness and movement videos, stretching, yoga-inspired movement, balance and coordination activities, outdoor movement, team challenges, breathing exercises, grounding activities, mindfulness, guided relaxation, sensory-based coping activities, journaling or reflection prompts, and other practical techniques youth can use to move, calm, focus, and reset.

Some sessions may also include age-appropriate wellness handouts, activity cards, or take-home resources that reinforce skills youth can practice outside of class.

Join the Environmental Department for a hands-on science activity and discover how everyday items can impact our waterways.

The activity will help visualize the effects pollution has in our waterways. The goal is to demonstrate how everyday materials can add up to larger environmental problems and emphasize that education and awareness are important first steps toward protecting our water resources.

A small visual presentation or poster will be used throughout the activity to help participants understand the real-world effects of pollution on our waterways.

Each item below represents a real pollutant:

• Vegetable oil- Oil spill
• Pony beads- Trash
• Kool aid- Chemicals
