These markets will be hosted monthly and will have **FREE seasonal fruits, vegetables, and other goods. Please bring your tribal enrollment card to have for sign-up forms provided at the event.

Clients must have a current substance use evaluation within the past six months. If one is needed, please attend Walk-in Mondays at the Norfolk office from 9 am – 12 pm.

Who is eligible?

Anyone with a child is eligible to receive services from the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska. Please bring Tribal ID or proof of enrollment for you or the child in need to participate. Diapers are available for pick up at local office locations by any member eligible for service.

Those who are unable to pick-up diapers during the event may contact their local Case Manager to arrange a pick-up for an alternate date or time or to designate a different family member. Diapers will not be distributed unless prior authorization is received.
