The Holidays are a stressful time for many of us, and this group will address how we can deal with holiday stress, difficult personalities, and how past traumatic events can lead to holiday blues. All are welcome.
This support group is open to anyone who has been impacted by domestic violence or crime or would like to learn more about the impacts trauma can have. This is not a counseling session but a group where we will learn how to address trauma and how to make loving, lasting relationships with our loved ones. No registration is needed – just show up! You can leave when needed as well!
