Join the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska Diabetes Program for Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support Classes. Gain knowledge, get support, and work with the health services team members to make an individual plan for diabetes management.
DSMES can help: improve blood sugar and A1c levels, improve blood pressure and cholesterol levels, and reduce the risk of diabetes complications.
