Walk-In Evaluations: Sioux City
Beginning April 20, 2021, Janet Custer, Substance Abuse/Mental Health Counselor will be accepting Native American walk-in clients to complete Substance Abuse/Mental Health evaluations in the Norfolk and Sioux City Offices.
Walk-in clients will be accepted on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Norfolk, and Wednesdays in Sioux City. Walk-in clients should
be in each office no later than 9:30 am to be evaluated. Evaluations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
