District 1 is offering a $200 incentive to college members this fall to help with expenses.
– Must be an enrolled District 1 Ponca Tribe of Nebraska member (students residing in AND outside the Service Delivery Area are eligible)
– Must be enrolled in college for the Fall 2023 semester
– Deadline to submit for this incentive is September 29, 2023

The Ponca Tribe of Nebraska Behavioral Health Department now offers Substance Abuse and Mental Health Evaluations on a first-come, first-served basis every Thursday at Ponca Health Services-Lincoln. Appointment check-in is available at 8:00 am and 9:30 am.

District 3 Ponca Tribe members are invited to join District 3 Tribal Council Representatives Susie Baker and Shanna Carpenter for a District 3 Membership Meeting at the new Ponca Tribe of Nebraska offices in Lincoln. This meeting will be a time to share your ideas, comments, and concerns with your District 3 Tribal Council Representatives, and collaborate with other District 3 members. Members from both within and outside the Service Delivery Area are invited. Lunch will be served at noon, followed by the meeting at 1 pm. Meeting attendees will be entered into a gift card drawing.

This film explores the devastating personal and cultural effects of the American Indian boarding schools on the members of a Native American family in Minnesota.
