This group supports adults in early recovery through practical tools, self-reflection, and connection. Together, we will focus on building a strong foundation for lasting recovery by:
• Strengthening self-awareness
• Learning to manage triggers & cravings
• Balancing mind, body, and spirit
• Developing healthy ways to cope with stress
• Medicine Wheel & 12 Step Wisdom
