The Ponca Tribe of Nebraska Election Board officially mailed the 2026 Election ballots on September 21, 2026. Eligible voters should begin receiving them this week and the days to follow.
NOTE: Unlike in previous years, this year’s return envelopes do not include prepaid postage. Voters must add the appropriate postage before mailing their completed ballots.
Prepaid postage could not be provided because the postage meter required a printed date that could not be removed or extended beyond 30 days. Although return postage has been provided in the past as a convenience, it is not required by the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska Law and Order Code.
Please add sufficient postage and return your ballot promptly.
