NORTHERN PONCA HOUSING AUTHORITY: The District 3 & At-Large representative terms will be expiring 5/31/26. District 3 represents Hall & Lancaster Counties of Nebraska. At-Large represents all District counties.
Commissioners receive a $250 stipend per meeting as well as mileage reimbursement and per diem. Typically, meetings are held once a month.
Other qualifications to serve on this Board are as follows:
- Any person appointed to the Board shall not be less than twenty-five (25) years of age.
- If convicted of a felony, or a sexually related conviction, misdemeanor or otherwise such a person shall not be allowed to serve as a member of the Board.
- No immediate family members may serve on the Board at the same time.
Immediate family means mother, father, grandparent, child, grandchild, brother, sister, spouse or individuals residing in the same household. This shall include half, step and in-law relations. - No member of the Tribal Council, employee of the Tribe or any entities thereof, shall serve on the Board of Commissioners.
