Osni Ponca, LLC (hereafter Osni) is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed contractors to provide construction and renovation services for a small project at our existing offices located at 2756 O Street, Lincoln, NE 68510. The purpose of this project is to create a space for the new Ponca Smoke Signals location that will be taking up part of the building.
By submitting a proposal, vendors acknowledge and confirm they are willing to accept the Osni’s standard contract (please see the full SCOPE OF WORK) as the sole method to document and govern the final agreement.
