The Ponca Tribe of Nebraska (hereafter “the Tribe”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to design, develop, and deploy a modern, accessible, and culturally aligned website. The purpose of this RFP is to identify a vendor with the technical skill, experience, and capacity to create a high‑quality website that meets the operational, cultural, informational, and communication needs of the Tribe.
By submitting a proposal, vendors acknowledge and confirm they are willing to accept the Tribe’s standard contract (please see the full Scope of Work) as the sole method to document and govern the final agreement.
The Ponca Tribe of Nebraska is a federally recognized Tribal government providing programs and services to Tribal members across multiple service areas. The Tribe seeks to redesign its primary public-facing website to enhance usability, improve communication, and ensure accurate representation of Ponca culture, values, and governance.
